During this time, FMF has acquired the necessary capabilities, responsiveness and standards to meet the needs of this diverse and highly demanding sector. With flexible working and the ability to hold stock on behalf of our customers whilst offering fast turn round on critical products, FMF is able to finish and delivery our customer's components to them at a favorable price point.

Industrial

Wherever a consistent high quality finish is required FMF meets the requirement. FMF is able to preterit, Ecoat, Powder Coat or Ecoat and powder coat and fabrication from extrusions in Alumium or mild steel upto 7m in length to heavy fabricated components upto 250kg. FMF is a key coater of industrial racking, fabricated housings, electrical cabinets and various other components in all shapes, and sizes. With the ability to infinitely control the process parameters on its fully automated Pretreatment, Ecoat and Powder Coating lines, the process can be adjusted to ensure a perfect finish regardless off component size, weight or shape.

Contract Furniture

FMF can not only finish your product but with their experience and expertise in metal fabrication and bent tube furniture assemblies, FMF has the ability to manufacture the products to the customer's requirements. With onsite tube CNC tube manipulation, light pressing and welding facilities, FMF currently manufactures and supplies products to the contract furniture industry including metal framed bedsteads, headboards, conference seating and desks.

Marine and Petrochemical Industries

Using speciality, anti corrosion pretreatments and powder coatings, FMF finishes products used in the Marine and Petrochemical industries.
